Tuition Information

Trinity Lutheran High School has a tradition of providing an excellent education in a solid Christian environment. We are proud of the exceptional value that every Trinity student and family receives from their tuition investment.

 

Thanks to the commitment of Trinity Ministry Partners and other charitable donors, TLHS grants each student a $3,525 scholarship upon enrollment. This scholarship and other financial subsidies provide an effective 1st student* tuition of $9,475 for the 2024-2025 school year.

The South Central Lutheran Association for Secondary Education, Inc. contributes a substantial portion of the tuition cost for students in its member congregations. The effective 1st student* tuition for these students for 2024-2025 is $8,175. Member congregations include:

Trinity Lutheran High School supports full-time called church workers of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod by offering a reduction of their children’s tuition by 50%. Full-time Trinity employees also receive this reduction.

*For both Association member and non-member students, TLHS offers a 20% tuition discount for the second child in the same family and 25% for the third.

Trinity’s estimated cost to educate a student for the 2024-2025 school year is $14,000.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

 

ENROLLMENT FEE

An annual fee of $75.00 to be paid at the time of application and is non-refundable. After June 1, 2023, the non-refundable fee is $150.00.

 

GRADUATION FEE

Fee for seniors for cap, gown, diploma, and other graduation expenses: $85.00.

 

BOOKS & MATERIALS FEES

A non-refundable annual fee to be paid by June 1st: $425.00. Included are book rental, materials, and classroom supplies.

 

TECHNOLOGY FEE

Technology fee:  $450.00.

 

ACTIVITY FEE

Activity fee includes the athletic pass and participation in school activities:  $50.00.

 

PAYMENT OF TUITION

 

OPTION #1 – FULL-YEAR

One payment is due August 11, 2023.

 

OPTION #2 – SEMESTER 

The first-semester payment of tuition (one-half the total amount) is due August 11, 2023. The second-semester payment of tuition is due in full by January 5, 2024.

 

OPTION #3 – QUARTERLY 

Four tuition payments, on or before these dates: 

August 11, 2023

October 6, 2023

January 5, 2024

March 8, 2024

 

OPTION #4 and #5 – MONTHLY 

Can be set up for 10 or 12 monthly payments. Also, parents can formulate their own plans by talking to the Tuition Payment Committee (TPC).

 

For all payment options, payments are expected by the due date as outlined in the policies established by the Board of Directors. Families selecting Options #4 or #5 will be expected to set up automatic payments.

PAYMENT METHODS

TLHS accepts payments of cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, credit card, and debit card through Vanco.
