Welcome from the Director of Curriclum and Instruction

The mission of Trinity Lutheran High School is to educate, develop, and prepare Christian servants and leaders. Trinity strives to honor this mission in our curricular offerings and the qualified, Christian instruction that brings the curriculum to life.

Students at Trinity Lutheran High School can expect course offerings that meet the requirements of the Indiana Core 40 and Core 40 with Academic Honors diplomas and will prepare them for college, employment, or military service. In addition to the core disciplines of English, mathematics, science, and social studies, the electives of world language, fine arts, agriculture, engineering, health sciences and physical education provide many opportunities for students to explore and develop talents and interests. Students can also intentionally schedule their classes over their four years to accommodate a college and career placement (often called school-to-work) during their senior year. Trinity’s partnership with Ivy Tech provides students with twenty dual credit course opportunities. Advanced Placement (AP) classes and other online college courses are also available for students who desire to get a jumpstart on their post-secondary education. A four year sequence of theology courses, spiritually equips students to witness in the next phase of their lives.

Our committed and experienced faculty provides instruction to an average class size of 13 students. Classrooms are equipped with chromebook carts to provide students with a 1:1 technology resource. Faculty availability before and after school, a full time school counselor, special education teacher and school chaplain, support our students academically, emotionally and spiritually. TLHS is proud of our 100% graduation rate, knowing our students are prepared for their future vocations
